All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing mid-market exchange rate at the time of crediting.
The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30, unless otherwise specified in a promotional campaign. vdcasino does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. vdcasino does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposits received from payment instruments not belonging to the account holder may be returned, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within one business hour via DuitNow or FPX. Processing times for other payment methods, or for accounts with pending KYC requirements, may be longer. vdcasino does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. Where this is not operationally possible, vdcasino will contact the account holder to arrange an alternative.
Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any bonus offer are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard KYC and security review processes.
All promotional offers published on the Platform — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits — are subject to this general clause and to any specific terms communicated alongside each individual promotion.

Where no breach is identified, the account will be reinstated and access to funds restored. Where a material breach is confirmed, vdcasino may withhold any balance it is legally entitled to retain.
Account holders may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Requests for self-exclusion are processed in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method.
